Fermented in small batches, we use farm fresh chemical free produce to create different unique flavors and also nourish the probiotic cultures preserved in the freeze-drying process.  We make our ferments into flavor infused salts, bases for you to make hot sauces out of, and even different fermented chili powders and freeze dried snacks to take backpacking or add to your prepper stash.
