All natural, chemical free peppers handpicked at peak ripeness are then dried and powdered in small batches. We have many single cultivar selections including different ethnic peppers from around the world as well as paprika blends designed for different culinary uses with menus such as Taco Night or Stir Friday in mind. We even have rare heritage varieties for regional dishes that rely on specific peppers for authenticity and paprikas made from original one of kind home bred cultivars that are unavailable on the commercial market.
