Coddled Basset products are produced by Gamby Gardens Farm and Nursery on our 2 acre micro farm in Fentress County, Tennessee up on the Cumberland Plateau. Six years of hard work and dedication have manifested themselves in a highly productive farm using regenerative agriculture practices such as cover cropping and no-till planting and one disobedient basset hound. We are firm believers in natural farming techniques; our farm uses no chemical fertilizers and no chemical pesticides even those labeled for organic use. We Treat It Like We Eat It! because we eat this produce, our families eat this produce, our neighbors, and our customers eat this produce. It's important to us to grow as naturally as possible using modern farming techniques and equipment because we should care how our food is grown. Specializing in Pepper growing the farm also grows a wide array of produce to sell at local shops and markets in the Upper Cumberland Area.
