We took a mix of all our purple pod superhot peppers and blend them together and ferment them for at least two weeks then combine them with ultra-pure sea salt to be freeze dried, preserving the color, flavor, and probiotic properties. Purple Potion has an upfront spice that cuts right through whatever its added to making it a go to for lighting dishes on fire. Makes a wonderful table and display salt due to its vibrant all-natural purple color.
