Description
Delicious mix of mojo and Guyana aji peppers that have been made into a mash and naturally fermented to add increased complexity and depth while also encouraging a probiotic effect. The mash is combined with ultra pure sea salt wet to fully infuse the salt and then freeze dried to preserve the color and flavor. Perfect amount of heat for the salt ratio in most dishes or for garnishing with heat. Orange color makes a beautiful table salt.
