We offer several different single type selections that we grow large amounts of as well as different mixes grouped by heat level. The mixes make a great way to try some of the 100 varieties that we grow.
Habanero Mix: Includes orange, reds, yellows, and chocolates in differing ratios depending on the weekly yield. Delicious fruity tropical flavors spanning the range of habanero heat levels.
Hot Mix: Includes selections from our 50 hot pepper varieties this year from 10 different Hatch chili cultivars to different cultural heritage peppers from Japan, Africa, North and South America, Europe, and the Caribbean.
Super Hot Mix: Includes weekly haul from our 25 varieties of super hot peppers on the farm including the hottest pepper we grow Brain Strain which is in the 2 million scoville range.
Yields vary from week to week during the season so we cannot guarantee a certain amount of any variety in the mixes, but we do our best to make sure each order gets a nice selection.
