Our special in house blend made from purpose grown paprika cultivars. We have a selection of different varieties that are selected to have the proper color rating and pungency for a premium paprika. Freeze dried and powdered they get a beautiful deep red and have an excellent flavor good for all types of culinary endeavors. Plants are slow growing and low yielding, so supplies are limited get yours while they last.
